What “reviewed within 24 hours” means
It is the normal operational target for checking the paid order and attempting fulfillment. It is not a promise that every account will be activated at exactly the same time.

The 72-hour boundary
If Perknox cannot fulfill an eligible order within 72 hours, the buyer may request a full refund before delivery. Once the purchased subscription has been successfully applied, the order is treated as delivered and the post-delivery terms apply.
How to avoid preventable delay
Submit the exact public profile URL, complete the public precheck, keep the order-lookup details, and avoid changing the X username while fulfillment is pending.
